The "changing the way you manage stress workshops" from Paula Ruane provide practical tips and teach stress reducing techniques in a relaxed and informal setting. 
 
All stress management and resilience training courses are completed in two, easy-to-fit-in sessions, which explore what makes you tick, and what makes you sick. 
 
 
 

workshop one: 

Aim: 
Increase your resilience. 
Discover your ability to be resilient and gain a new found understanding of what can drain - and renew - your inner battery. 
Master a series of simple yet powerful techniques that can be used in real-time, wherever and whenever they're needed, to place you firmly back in control of any situation. 

Time to Reflect: 

Aim: 
Embed your learning. 
Over the course of 2-3 weeks, you'll have time to practice and strengthen these techniques by using Heartmath technologies. 
You will receive a series of short, helpful and informative emails to help you during this interim period.. 

workshop two: 

Aim: 
Consolidate your skills. 
Together, we'll explore the differences you have noticed in your emotional wellbeing and the way you respond to stress. 
You will be taught strategic use of the HeartMath techniques to aid better communication, faster problem solving and more efficient project planning - all essential for your professional and personal life.
